Pardner

(Skymeadow's Buckskin Cowboy CD)

January 25, 1990 - July 14, 2002

Our golden retriever Pardner passed from this life on July 14, 2002. He was a faithful friend who enriched our lives more than we ever could have imagined.
Pardner took very seriously his job of protecting us from rabbits and squirrels in our back yard.
From an early age we trained Pardner to keep off the furniture.
Trick or treat!
Pardner earned an obedience title from the American Kennel Club. We were very proud of him on this day, when he won his first blue ribbon.
Pardner worked hundreds of hours as a therapy dog at area hospitals and nursing homes. He brightened the days of many, like this youngster at Childrens Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska.
Pardner looking for a little sympathy.

Then the wolf shall be a guest of the lamb,
And the leopard shall lie down with the kid;
The calf and the young lion shall browse together,
With a little child to guide them.
The cow and the bear shall be neighbors,
Together their young shall rest.
The lion shall eat hay like the ox;
None shall come to harm in my Kingdom.

Isaiah 11: 6-9
